Roman Rubin Global Director
At the core of the vision of the Motie Rubin Hairdressing Academy, is the desire to give all students and graduates the opportunity to realize their hidden potential.
To this end, we do more than train the future generation in hair styling, makeup artistry and nail technology! Our actions encourage a constant expansion of awareness, creativity and imagination in the beauty professions.
The goal that we set four ourselves, and the mission we are entrusted with, is training of hairdressers, makeup artists and nail technicians at all levels and bringing them to the highest professional echelons.
It is for this purpose that we developed a unique study program, in close conjunction with OIC Israel, the Israel Association of Hair Stylists that is part of CMC International. The program is tailored to the Israeli and students from other Western students and to the demands of the Israeli workplace.
We believe that hair styling, makeup and the nail care professions are not merely occupations,
occupations, but also a way of life based on a complex set of philosophical principles, so we made sure to integrate courses in drawing, sculpture, art, styling, psychology into the curriculum. but also a way of life based on a complex set of philosophical principles, so we made sure to integrate courses in drawing, sculpture, art, styling, psychology into the curriculum.
The Motie Rubin Hair Stylist School has a professional point of view unlike any other corresponding educational institution, known for moving from innovation leaps to continuous advancement. In other words, we constantly strive to modify the teaching methods and practices that appear in conventional sources, such as the practical courses of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with sources of modern knowledge and innovative ideas. The core of our abilities in all that relates to vocational training of the best hairdressers, makeup artists and nail artists enjoins us to contribute and give back in other realms such as giving “Days of Beauty” to members of the local community, take part in fundraising activities such as “Notnim Tikva (Giving Hope)”, "Variety Israel", host enrichment days for weaker social sectors, and more. The responsibility we take in achieving our mission requires our students to strive for excellence, an excellence that comes from an inner urge to work with integrity, humility, patience, tolerance and a willingness to learn, internalize and develop original and creative thought. Demands from the student body account for a significant amount of the criteria in selecting students who will share your school days with you.
It is my sincere hope that with the completion of your studies, you will feel that you have reached a higher plain of knowledge and reasoning, with which you will succeed in your work and turn it into a successful career.
