We do more than just train the next generation in hair styling, makeup artistry, and nail technology; we actively nurture a continuous expansion of awareness, creativity, and imagination within the beauty industry.
Our mission is to educate hairdressers, makeup artists, and nail technicians at all levels, guiding them to the highest professional standards.
To achieve this, we have developed a unique study program in partnership with OIC Israel and the Israel Association of Hair Stylists, part of CMC International. This program is specifically tailored to meet the needs of both Israeli and Western students and to align with the demands of the Israeli job market.
We believe that hair styling, makeup, and nail care are not merely occupations; they represent a way of life grounded in a complex set of philosophical principles. Therefore, our curriculum integrates courses in drawing, sculpture, art, styling, and psychology.
The Motie Rubin Hairdressing Academy is distinguished by its innovative approach, consistently moving from one breakthrough to the next. We continually strive to evolve our teaching methods, replacing conventional practices—such as those found in the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s practical courses—with cutting-edge knowledge and ideas.
Our commitment to excellence in vocational training extends beyond the classroom. We contribute to the community through initiatives such as “Days of Beauty” for local residents, participation in fundraising events like “Notnim Tikva (Giving Hope)” and "Variety Israel," and by hosting enrichment days for underprivileged social sectors.
